The Charmilles Roboform FO 350 provides the highest electro-discharge machining performance in the industry. This thermo-mechanically stabilized EDM machine incorporates "Micro-TEC" discharge circuitry, making the most difficult of small or narrow EDM operations possible. The circuitry gives cleaner, more precise burns with less electrode wear. EDM capability is also enhanced with the machine's "Accura-C" C axis functionality, used for indexed and helical geometry among other burn operations.

The Roboform FO 350 can automatically store and load up to 80 Erowa electrode holders in its five-level changer. The machine is programmed for unattended operation through evenings and weekends. Workpiece location and inspection are accomplished using an Erowa measuring probe. All of this equates to better work efficiency and higher quality that shows in every mold that we build for you.
