Shown here is our Erowa robotic system. The turret style robotic arm is programmed to serve holders and pallets between two different milling machines, the Mikron HSM 400 and the Mikron HSM 600. A multi level carousel stages up to 135 electrode holders and 15 additional steel workpiece pallets. These pieces can be changed into either machine. Another four-shelf magazine allows 5 larger sized steel workpiece pallets to be changed into the HSM 600.

After design and job planning, individual electrodes and workpieces are mounted on these precision Erowa work holders. Thousands of these holders are shuttled throughout the entire shop each day. They allow us to maintain the highest level of accuracy, as each workpiece travels through it's logical sequence of machining operations. The same holders are also utilized in the inspection process that follows each critical step.
